Despite the challenging market condition, Ownly has continued to make good progress, leveraging strategic partnerships, engaging in community building activities, and showcasing thought leadership on a variety of global stages.

January

In January, the year kicked off to a dynamic start, with Ownly making its presence felt across multiple platforms.

Our CEO, Ismael Jerusalem was one of the speakers at the Philippine Investment Conference 2023, who shared his knowledge and insights about the NFT, Metaverse, and blockchain technology in front of distinguished executives of well-known institutions.

We proudly attended the Bitcoin, Beer & BitStories at Draper Startup House in Makati, and the Xavier Art Fest 2023.

Additionally, we reveal the Largest Blockchain-Integrated Physical Art in Asia with approx. 70ft x 40ftx in size titled Existential Voyage by lead artist Lei Melendres at Meatspace Gallery, showcased our unique blend of creativity and practicality, heralding a new wave of innovative solutions in the building industry.

February

February continued this momentum, as Ownly received widespread recognition on the front page of the national local newspapers such as the Manila Bulletin, Philippine Star, Daily Tribune, and Manila Standard.

Ownly is one of the panel speakers at the prestigious 814 Gallery and took part in the National Arts Month Closing in Ayala Triangle featuring a projection mapping artwork of Skye Nicolas.

We showcase one of the earliest NFT projects in the Philippines way back in 2019 — CryptoSolitaire, in collaboration with the Baraha Collection of CryptoArt Philippines, alongside the Largest Blockchain-Integrated Art in Asia at Art Fair Philippines 2023, we used every platform to advocate for the growth of the industry.

Our team participated in Tech Investment Show 2023 in Bangkok Thailand, established a new international network, and represented the Philippines as one of the participants of the event.

March

March was a month of partnerships, presentations, and podcasts. We stood as speakers at a Consultative Forum with DTI for Philippine Creative Industries, showcasing our deep investment in nurturing creativity.

Notable collaborations with Tezos Philippines and MetaSaga Warriors provided synergistic alliances that advance well for the industry.

Workshops, podcasts, and speaking engagements further underscored Ownly’s unwavering commitment to sharing expertise and knowledge, an attribute that was vividly reflected at the BUILD Startup Festival and the Art in the Park event.

April

April saw Ownly fostering further relationships, including a significant partnership with Polygon Guild Manila.

We took our narrative to the world of podcasts, contributing to various dialogues ranging from coding, and games, to the enigmatic world of blockchain.

Continuously serving the web3 community by hosting the Pre-Bitcoin Pizza Day with NFT Philippines and Cryptobilis.

The month was enriched by our participation as panel speakers at the Ateneo Web3 Bootcamp.

And the Creatives Fair 2023, continuing our advocacy for promoting the intersection of creativity and technology working with the local government unit pushing forward the Philippine Creative Industry Development Act — PCIDA (RA 11904) to the grass root creative community from the countryside.

In May, our partnership with Tezos Filipinos not only expanded our collaborative landscape but also demonstrated our commitment to championing local talent.

Speaker engagements about the Metaverse and NFT, along with a business mixer at Areca, The Roastery, showcased our versatility and comprehensive market understanding.

The first half of the year concluded in June, with our engagement in exploratory meetings with DTI Region 5 and Coins PH.

As guest speakers at the DAHUYO Art Exhibit Talk and the Southern Luzon Technological Foundation Inc., SHS Recognition Rites, we continued to spread awareness about the potential of the building industry.
