Backed with over 2+ years of experience in the NFT and blockchain industry, Ownly is a governance token-based NFT-focused marketplace, curator, and a blockchain platform with an existing basket portfolio of NFT artworks that enable creators and collectors to optimize the authentic value of NFT assets. Ownly is created to be a meeting place of artworks and collectors in the crypto space. It offers a Decentralized NFT Marketplace, Staking, NFT launching &curation, and NFT-focused & energy-efficient blockchain platform in a seamless, transparent, secure, inclusive, and interoperable approach.
With the Ownly platform, users can own, buy, collect and trade single edition artworks created by our featured artists and earn a reward for collecting NFTs. Users also have the opportunity to choose from multiple staking options to earn OWN Tokens and NFT Rewards.
The Ownly platform will provide the following solutions:
Decentralized Governance
- Governance of Ownly will be delegated to OWN holders
- OWN holders are able to participate in decision-making for governing the platform including selecting artists and artworks via systematic voting.
Support Creators
- Support artists to focus more on their art while Ownly fills in the gap of the technology side of NFT
- Provide marketing and promotion for every featured artist to help in inclining their value.
Reward Collectors

OWN Token
There will only be a total supply of 10 Billion $OWN Tokens, with the launch value of each OWN already strengthened by our existing basket portfolio of NFT artworks. OWN will be launched as a BEP20 token on the Binance Smart Chain in Q3 of 2021.
OWN Token Distribution
To achieve our vision for Ownly, we will allocate 20% of the total supply for private sale and 26.6667% for IDO. We’re targeting to raise $120,000.00. We believe this amount is relatively small compared to other projects which raised millions of dollars.
Since 2018, we’ve already proven that our team can start small yet capable of launching big. We won 13th place out of 100+ global entries during Decentraland Game Jam 2019. We will not conduct an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) and OWN tokens will be available to the public through an Initial DEX Offering (IDO).
The private sale price is $0.000020. While the Initial DEX Offering price will be $0.000030.
The expected OWN circulating supply at Token Generation Event (TGE) is 3,000,000,000, which has an initial market cap of $90,000.00 at the Initial DEX Offering price.
A significant aspect of the token distribution is the longer vesting period. This incentivizes the team only if they’re able to deliver the project. This is a more pragmatic, sustainable, and responsible approach.
Initial Market Cap at Token Generation Event
The initial circulating supply at Token Generation Event is 3,000,000,000 OWN tokens which represent 30.00% of the total supply. This supply will gradually increase based on the distribution plan schedule as described in the OWN Token Distribution table above.

OWNLY Roadmap
Our team is looking to raise funding this year to be able to focus on the development and launch of the Ownly platform in 2021. Ownly’s various products will be launched in stages starting with the Inkvadyrz Collection by Lei Melendres and other collections collaborating with new artists this year.
Next is our own Titans of Industry Collection by Eugene Oligo to be launched in Binance Smart Chain — Binance NFT Marketplace, which will launch in Q2 2021.
Then our OWN Token Launchpad and Mustachio Avatars will launch in Q3 2021.
Our fourth and final Ownly product this 2021 is the launch of our Tokenized Physical Art Collection and our Ownly NFT Art Exhibit which has a target launch of Q4 2021 and the Start of Research and Development of Environment-friendly, NFT-focused Blockchain in 2022.
