Hopefully, you have already visited our website and know that we are seriously enthusiastic about STEM education, STEM careers and, well, anything STEM-related. If you are a student, industry professional, teacher, researcher, entrepreneur, parent or someone looking to get involved with STEM, we are elated you are taking the time to ‘go beyond’ and get inspired with us.

Here, on the platform of our brand new Medium channel, is where we hope to promote open dialogue among all members of the STEM community using interviews with accomplished STEM professionals, short tutorials on various STEM skills, discussions on current real-world STEM topics and information sharing about STEM events, products and projects.

On that note, we currently have a writing competition running for young people aged 13 to 18-years-old. Entrants can register and submit an article (or up to three) on a STEM topic of their choice. We will publish the winning article here on our Medium channel and share it via our social media platforms.

In the not so distant future, you will get to hear from a software engineer come senior instructor about his time as a programmer. At the other end of the spectrum, our work experience interns will share their take on pursuing a career in STEM.

This is going to be a much richer and more diverse community if you join in, so we would love to hear from you about your STEM-related experiences and achievements. Get in touch, if you want to contribute an article, tutorial, event information, question, advice or anything else relevant and inspirational.

Go beyond…
