We’ve been speaking to people in Blackbird Leys about what they want for the area. One popular answer? A community hub in a local school.

So, we’re trying it!

Our brand new community hub in Windale Primary School is a venture like no other — and we can’t wait to welcome people on Wednesday 27th September for the opening.

On the day, you can have a tour, give your feedback on the space, and we’ll have a few kids’ activities too.

In a few weeks time, we’ll be ready to open our doors for our programme of free events and activities hosted by Oxford Hub and other local community groups. Our hub is going to be open to everyone, with activities for all ages. Because although we’re next to Windale Primary School, we’re not a part of the school.

So please pop the date in the diary, save the address, and we’ll see you soon.
