Experience at Busboys and Poets (VEGAN)

Last Saturday I rode my bike with my mom to Busboys and Poets. It was very surprising that they had vegan food! My mom said it’s good to try new things. My experience at Busboys and Poets was really good. From this experience I realized how good vegan food is and I really enjoyed it. My order came with toast, jelly, vegan butter, and tofu scrambled with pepper. I was extremely surprised when I found out there was such thing as vegan butter and bread. On the menu you can tell it was vegan if it had a leaf next to it.
