As I said in my last post a big problem for me was pickiness and eating too much cheese and not enough protein. Fortunately, I have been trying new things and being less picky. For example, the other day we went out to dinner and I tried artichokes (I’m not a big fan) and some cauliflower (which I actually really like).

But the problem now is I’m craving meat. A few days ago my dad made chicken sausage and I was drooling. It took me a few minutes to refocus myself but in the end I was fine. Another example is we went to a restaurant and they had a 24 oz hangar steak that looked so juicy and I totally wanted it.

Now I will give a recipe for a simple vegetarian food.

Labne and bread: This is an easy, yummy, and healthy breakfast. Ingredients: Whole wheat pita bread, greek yogurt or Labne (a middle eastern yogurt) and olive oil.
