My life has changed. My days are longer, my mom is louder and to top it off I can’t eat meat! My mother is buying a lot of vegetables and fruits. She decided that she was going to become a vegetarian too but after the first three days she gave up and ate meat. She really wants me to do this because she says this can become a change of lifestyle.

I am running out of things to eat! I always thought being a vegetarian would be hard but it’s not that bad. I can eat cheese pizza and other things that I like, like soup. Everybody always thinks that being a vegetarian means you only have to eat vegetables but you don’t. You can learn recipes and include more fruits to your routine.

By going vegetarian I want to believe that I am going to make an impact on other people because if I am starving myself for nothing it would really hurt me because I put a lot of time and money into this project and for nothing to change I am going to lose hope with the future generation.

I have felt the difference since becoming a vegetarian. I now feel less hungry. Another difference I’ve noticed is that I am eating dinner earlier, which is helping my metabolism. Since starting this project I now feel fuller with just vegetables and fruits, which is something I didn’t think was possible before. I feel as full as I did with eating meat so until next week I’ll keep you guys updated on how my life is going.
