Well that’s a wrap…

I made it all the way to spring break then I failed myself

Spring break was my ultimate test, which I epically failed. My arrival in Texas was at 4:00 pm and fresh off the plane my parents decided that we’d go to Joe’s crab shack for dinner. That was my first mistake — when we got there I ate a snow crab bucket. They were so good and I devoured them. After eating them I didn’t feel guilt but a deep feeling of satisfaction. Every day after that I ate meat, chicken, pork and beef — whatever was cooked I enjoyed thoroughly.

Needless to say I had a plethora of meats that was completely against my project. Feel free to check out this link to see my data that I recorded during my project. For the final average of my data I decided to only do mine based off of 19 days instead of 28 because as you can see I ended up eating more pork during my project than in my baseline.

I knew that my spring break would be a challenge but I did not know that it would be a challenge that I would fail. I am ashamed of myself. I guess I lost the battle of mind over matter… this time.
