How to add Promoters to your club

A Promoter is a collaborator to your club whose role is to promote it using clips and other promotional means. In return for supporting you as a creator and spreading the word about your content, the promoter gets free access to the channel content.

To add a Promoter to your club you need to go to the creator tool, e.g creator.oz.com/”clubname”.

You will see the tab “Settings” and then on the left side menu you will see “Promoters”.

Then you can start adding the emails of those you would like to invite as promoters:

Hit the green “Send Invite(s)” button to the right and all those you invited will get an email notification letting them know that they are now part of the team. The email explains next steps and also gives tips on how to be a great promoter:

You can add as many promoters to your club as you see fit.

It’s good to make sure you personally let your future promoters know that you are adding them or that you have already done it, and keep in touch with them to help them with their role or just keep track with their performance.

You can always take someone’s Promoter role away by clicking the “Club Promoter” button and then “Remove”:

There you go! Now go ahead and start adding Promoters to your club!
