Love Affair With Another -vs- With Life
Humanity most often chooses to seek a love affair with another, rather than embrace a love affair with life.
How will you know one from the other?
By their family strengthening fruits:
Mercy, Compassion, Gentleness, Long Suffering, Humility, Joy, Divine Ecstasy, Eternal Gladness!
God’s love is not a pampering love. It is a perfecting love. It is a love adorned with beauty, drenched with holiness and overflowing with grace. And if you ever decide to fully embrace His love, one thing is certain: you will never be the same.
Upon calling to God for my “Beloved,” this journey began for me on an island, where old wounds were ripe for healing.
Like a hole in the ocean, a void required filling.
One of us born and raised with deep roots there, and the other having just arrived.
As it turned out I became stranded upon the island, the ship of my arrival was burned, there was no turning back… (To Be Continued)
