Love & Fading Pretensions
The sheets crumbled,
Nights wild
Silent moans, and yet so loud
New definition of love being written
While he claims her, and attains his prize
She prays him, feeling every breath of him like reciting a verse
Every touch of him
Enchants her, mesmerises her,
And he; He has fallen in love
More than he knows
More than he could ever have
But then, the night will pass
And he’ll leave for the land so far
And she; She’ll have a mumbled wish
Of his moans being the beginning of her mornings
Coz that is only when he is pure
And the pretensions fade away
