Sometimes I want to take these words
Wrap them around you
And unleash the truths they hold
The weight they carry
Full of promise and surrender
Each syllable a secret language
Revealing the valleys of my heart
Humming the songs of my soul
Line by line
I have poured myself into these pages
A whole universe hidden
Between questions and answers
Punctuated by the rhythm of my love
Constant and steadfast
So that if I whisper to you closely
All that is undefinable
Everything undeniable
Will it be enough?
