The Love Match
It is true that knowledge is power, but understanding and being able to practice TRUE Love when in the middle of emotionally challenging situations, is undoubtedly the greatest power of all.
Love is life energy, without true Love in our hearts we feel weak and even dead inside.
When our focus in relationships goes from getting what we want to allowing the relationship to become the platform for us to learn how to truly love, we start feeling alive and strong, and no matter who throws what at us, we always have something greater to throw back at them that can bring healing and resolution.
When in conflict, if we initiate communication with Love by using the truth inside ourselves with courage and vulnerability — through discarding shame/fear of judgment, and/or respond by receiving without judging the truth that the other person feels — we can both walk away victorious and happy.
I call this “The Love Match”, cause it might feel a bit like boxing at first, but instead of being knocked down we take each other higher by helping each other and our relationship to grow.
WE BECOME stronger both individually and together.
