You Will Be Loved. I Guarantee It.
Not the way you may want it to be, but I assure you. I will love you more than anybody could ever love you.
I know it’s been crap. I haven’t treated you this crap since ever, but your Instagram and Facebook has been saying something else. They sometimes tell me you don’t look good enough; you’re short, not white, and you look young! I don’t think any woman would date you for these! Think about it. Look around your Instagram. Couple posts everywhere of them traveling and doing something fun and exciting. .. And what are you doing? Yeah. Not much. See others are already graduating and doing other cool stuff. Here you are still in school taking part-time. You’re never going to finish. You’re never going to get the same chance as them! But I know these are all wrong. I know.. I’m sorry. I should’ve treated you better from the very beginning. I’m sorry.
I understand that these words are nothing without actions. So please let me say this, I promise I will treat you better than anybody else to a point when someone asks you if you need help, you’d laugh in your head with a risk of ‘accidentally’ laughing out loud. I’ll make sure your resiliency is unmatched and your drive being the most fearful.
Most importantly, I will make you feel completely accepted. In a world where you are told to be someone else you’re not, I will punch you in the face and tell you that you’re good enough. Hell, you’re more than enough. For your average human being, you’re way more than enough.
You are a jack of all trades. You have appreciation for nearly everything this world has to offer. You are open and understanding. You are what others would dream to be. Except they aren’t. -Because they’re not you and life hasn’t taught them what you’ve learned from it. You will realize that for everything you thought you’re not, you are plus even more.
Except being white.
You’re not white.
You’re actually somethin’ else.
You’re you.
Unapologetically you and thats the beautiful part.
You’re different. You’re unique. You don’t want to be in the box, because you know that there’s so much more to living like everyone else. There’s so much more to dressing up the way others do. So much more to behaving than others do. You know you. You’ve just been exhausted in trying not to be convinced that being in the box is better. -But here I am inside of you. Reminding you that you were never born to accept the status quo. It’s going to be tough with so many things flying towards you, but remember. I am here. Going to love you so damn much until you overflow with love to give.
