Productivity is the reason we try weird habits on the internet. In theory, there’s no harm in trying out new habits that are claimed to boost productivity by a million times.

But that’s when you realize that waking up at 4 am and freezing yourself in a cold shower is killing productivity.

Hardcore productivity gurus are inspirational, and we love reading about their struggles, but it’s almost impossible to adopt their routines in the long run.

Rather than trying new habits and routines, you should work on losing the habits that wreck your mental health on a daily basis.

No new routine will work unless you drop the habits that wreck your focus and productivity in the long run.
