Taking your first steps into web3 can be overwhelming, with a plethora of wallet choices at your fingertips. In our “Wallet of the Week” series, we put the spotlight on one wallet and share why we think they’re worth checking out.

Three reasons why we’re keeping cool with Ballet’s REAL cold storage card

Exploring your cold storage options this summer? Check out the Ballet REAL Series, a suite of cryptocurrency cold storage cards that you can easily manage via mobile app (iOS, Android, and Google Play)!

The Ballet REAL Series gives you full and exclusive control of your multi-chain digital assets. A two-factor cryptographic private key is securely concealed on the physical card itself, which allows the cold storage to function as a bearer asset like cash or gold.

You can manage it with Ballet Crypto, the companion app that serves as a digital interface for the physical Ballet REAL Series cold storage cards. The app provides all the essential functions of cold storage while allowing private keys to remain securely offline.

Note that the Ballet Crypto app does not actually store cryptocurrency or private keys on your device. It is simply:

Cold: The REAL Series has no electronic components and cannot be connected to the internet, thus shielding it from potential hackers.

Easy: The REAL Series requires no computer or electronic setup and is ready to be used immediately.

Self-custody: Your keys, your crypto. Period.

What’s next?

Ballet has launched Ordinals support, which can now be accessed via the Ballet Crypto app. Plus, it has rolled out a direct Bitcoin purchase service in the US, allowing customers to purchase pre-loaded Bitcoin cold storage cards.
