Our generation is obsessed with hustle culture, working all the time is the prime goal of life, working in the office, at lunch, overtime, and then on your side hustles is the only thing we do and yet work never seems to end.

Always on the go, no time to eat a proper meal, or connect with family and friends. People have so many deadlines that they have given up a good night’s sleep.

The notion that you need to work tirelessly without even taking weekends off is wrong, your body and mind need rest to be productive. The exhaustion ends up affecting the quality of your work.

It is not the quantity that matters, it is the quality of it. You can spend 15 hours working and deliver average results while someone could produce great results in a mere 4 hours. What matters is how smart you work and the motivation you have to complete the work.

When you work on a new project, the ‘Why’ of it is the first thing you should figure out.

Why are you starting the project?

Why does it matter to you?

If the why of the project is clear to you, then you will be able to do quality work.

People don’t buy WHAT you do, they buy WHY…
