You need to form your daily routine based on your patterns. Your patterns will guide you to form several good habits that make a wonderful routine.

Laziness and procrastination can become a part of your routine easily. You practice these habits daily without even realizing it.

I procrastinate writing with ideation, even after writing daily for 2 years. That’s my pattern of procrastinating, idea creation feels like work but ideas are nothing without execution.
