MCH Co., Ltd. raises Series A round of financing
MCH Co., Ltd. is pleased to announce that it has completed a Series A round of funding from CryptoGames Inc. and one other company.
CryptoGames Inc.
Crypto Spells, a blockchain game (NFT game) provided by CryptoGames Inc. will be multi-chain compatible with the Polygon network, as will My Crypto Heroes (MCH).
Crypto Spells has also joined the previously announced MCHC sponsorship of MCH+ titles, and the two companies will work together to mutually promote the MCHC utility on Polygon.

All of the funds are to be raised through MCH Coin.
The Company has pledged to lock up (not to sell, exchange, or otherwise dispose of) the following
Until the earlier of Token Listing and the expiration of a year from the date of Token grant or the expiration of two years from the date of Token grant
In CryptoGames Inc., liquidity provision and release on the decentralized exchange (DEX) is not subject to lock-up. No sales or exchanges from the company will take place on the decentralized exchange.
The purpose is to provide liquidity to users.
In addition, the Polygon chain is not planning to offer liquidity rewards for Uniswap on the Ethereum chain, which they are currently doing.
This is also to ensure that CryptoGames Inc. does not get a better deal than the user.
