Dear DML Community,

First we need to say thank you for the supports we received countinously despite the difficult times we all have come across in the past months. DML Team is maintaining the composure and focus on our product development, to deliver our mission of democratizing the machine learning spaces. We are committed to make it happen. In this update, we will talk about our detailed technical milestones for the next few months.

Engineering Updates

The prototype of DML Algo Marketplace has been completed. Now we are moving forward to the development of our backend infrastructure, state channels, marketplace enhancements as well as the mobile app interfaces.

Special thanks to Matthew Slipper from KYOKAN, our technical advisor, for his valuable inputs and expertise throughout the technical planning, especially in state channel design process.

Below is our monthly technical milestones in details:

Design Updates

After receiving some feedbacks on the complexity of the current algorithm upload UX, we have been working on a more intuitive design for algorithm upload, which is expected to be implemented in our next marketplace update. Now let us take a glimpse on our upcoming algorithm upload enhancement.

Filling the info and description of the algorithm to be uploaded, including the price to be charged for algorithm users.

A sample testing of your pre-processing code is allowed before uploading.

DML Algo Marketplace processed the algorithm upload.

You can check against the post-processing result of your algorithm.

Once you are set with the info and post processing result of your algorithm, you can click submit to publish your algorithm in DML Algo Marketplace.

Going Forward

Product delivery is the core component for a project. The development process is not an easy path, as this involves a lot of feasibility studies, code testing, debugging, integration of various technology (smart contract interactions, state channels, mobile app interfaces). Although it is not an overnight miracle and we have to get through quite a lot of challenges ahead, we are determined to work hard and realize the objectives for our Community.

We have laid out the details of our imminent milestones to inform our Community on how we are going to achieve it. Let us pave the way for our success together and we hope you will continue to support us.
