Investing legend Michael Burry has predicted 17 of the last two crashes.

Although he once famously predicted the 2008 housing crash, Burry’s doomsday ‘permabearish’ mindset hasn’t won him any recent favors.

Not until now.

The market is reacting so abnormally and so dangerously that we could all be heading towards the ‘crash of the century,’ as he calls it.

Two weeks ago Burry made an “at least I tried” tweet.

Days after that, when stocks had a big reversal and turned up green, he tweeted a headline from 1929 where the same thing happened and people thought everything was fine right before everything collapsed.

So, what’s going on here?
