He has Twitter in the palm of his hands. And in a few days if the Twitter board agrees to sell the company to Musk, then he becomes one of the very few creator CEO with a platform.
He becomes another Jeff Bezos who owns the Washington Post but is 100x bigger.
It is possible that he can or will use Twitter to attack anyone as he pleases.
This past week, it was revealed that Musk confronted Bill Gates for short-selling Tesla stock and their conversation was leaked on Twitter.
Soon after a meme from Elon Musk and Twitter exploded.
He compared Bill Gates to the pregnant man emoji, not only did he fat-shamed Gates but he was guilty of queer cultural appropriation.
The pregnant man emoji isn’t an emoji to make fun of overweight men, it is a representation of transmen who got pregnant. The pregnant man emoji is a tool to celebrate diversity and LGBTQIA rights.
