Spring’s Beauty in Denmark — A poetic tribute to the land of the vikings
Behold the beauty within this image captured by the author’s lens in the tranquil and verdant haven of his own back garden in Denmark.

Spring has shed its beauty upon the branches,
Adorned them with blossoms on the dunes and expanses.
The treetops have grown and touched the sky,
As the sandstorm whips the branches by.

The gardens now crowned with blossoms so fair,
Poppies and daisies and lilies with flair,
Colors so diverse, from white to bright yellow,
Blue as the sky and red as the sunset’s glow.

The shade dances in the gentle breeze,
While the branches sway with utmost ease.
The sun peeks through the leaves to admire,
The gardens’ beauty igniting envy’s fire.

The sprouts burst from the soil like a dream,
Peering from behind the thorns and the brim.
The land wonders why we laugh and rejoice,
While life weeps, its tears a constant noise.

When the petals wilt and the clouds shed tears,
The gardens whisper, expressing their fears.
But the winds console them with gentle caress,
Apologizing for their short-lived happiness.
