I Saw the Backend of an Entrepreneur Who Makes Over $1m Selling Online Courses
This is what he has and what he doesn’t
During a mastermind session, I had the privilege of seeing everything that happens behind the scenes of a successful online entrepreneur. He has other businesses too, but this is just from his online course portfolio. He makes over $1m per year selling online courses and it took him 2 years to get there. Here are some insightful tips I picked up from him.
1. He has a team
From the onset, he started with a team. He has an assistant that manages his sales conversations. He has a copywriter that writes all his copy. And he has an ads manager that manages his ads on Facebook.
His team is a bit larger than that now but that is his core team. It is possible to have a million-dollar business online without a team but it can be very difficult.
You would have to rely on other parameters other than the ones discussed here if you want to get to $1m without a team.
2. He runs ads
About half of his traffic comes from paid ads on Facebook and Instagram. The other half is from podcasts and other avenues. So, he runs a lot of ads. But there is a method to it.
