Hey, back in the day I could do cartwheels and even the splits!
Time has moved on since then— just the talk of stretching gives me pulled muscles.
A long, long time ago in a place far away I was successfully selected for a course at my local college to be a fitness instructor.
Around this time I had a coach and used to run.
I once played hockey for the school team too.
Yes, I was sporty and bloody good at it.
What happened?
Age and asthma.
But can I use these as an excuse?
