So, like one moment I was 25 and then I got old!

Like ya mama old. Hello 40s, I welcome you not.

Some of you know this year I’m on a mission to improve 12 skills.

This month I drew a wildcard.

So I headed to the wildcard jar — as selected by you my wonderful readers 💗

I pulled out … Stretching!

Good choice — This is something I used to do a lot of.

Hey, back in the day I could do cartwheels and even the splits!

Time has moved on since then— just the talk of stretching gives me pulled muscles.

A long, long time ago in a place far away I was successfully selected for a course at my local college to be a fitness instructor.

Around this time I had a coach and used to run.

I once played hockey for the school team too.

Yes, I was sporty and bloody good at it.

What happened?

Age and asthma.

But can I use these as an excuse?

Na.
