How I Lost 22 lbs in 12 Days

Without visiting the gym or starving myself

So, I’m a skeptic.

Not like “I’ll never win the lotto, so I don’t play” type-skeptic, but more like “I Can’t Believe it’s Not Butter” HAS TO be bad for you, and I still think there’s a chance that Tupac, Aaliyah and Biggie are all chillin’ in the Bahamas somewhere.

Ok, maybe not the last three, but the butter thing is probable, at best.

Anyways, after graduating college in 2011, I began a track record of cooking all the time. Not just any food, but DAMN good food. Spaghetti carbonara, chicken enchiladas, frittatas, homemade pizzas and buttermilk fried chicken, just to name a few. And as good as those all were, I soon began to feel too tired to work out, and once I hit 26 last year, I looked in the mirror one day and didn’t like what I saw.

Note: this is the kind of food I’m eating now while losing weight:

After all, who wants to feel pissed off every time they take a shower or get dressed for work in the morning because their pants are slowly outgrowing their belts?

I don’t. And you probably don’t either.

So, over the last few months, I saw a friend of mine updating his status regularly about how he was on Advocare doing a “24 day challenge” and losing “all this weight” and was “in the best health of his life” etc, etc.

My first thoughts were “BS” and that it was a ponzi scheme and that I would never try it.

Well, when you’re desperate enough to lose weight, you’ll find that your reservations are soon outweighed by your inhibitions and overall eagerness to not buy bigger pants. That’s when I hit him up about the Advocare 24 day challenge and decided to take control of my health.

I’ll admit that I’m halfway through the challenge, and I’ve lost a total of TWENTY-TWO 22 22 22 22 22 POUNDS.

Can you tell how excited I am?

Let me also clarify that I’m not like obese or extremely overweight. I’m just a dude with an office job who likes to have a few beers after work, whose career can sometimes get in the way of the gym and eating healthy.

I’m also not saying that I don’t plan on working out. Working out is a HUGE part of being healthy. I’m simply sharing my experience thus far on the 24 day challenge.

Anyways, the challenge was somewhat difficult for the cleanse part, but I’ve noticed a significant change in my overall energy and attitude thus far, and I’m extremely excited to see what the last 12 days of this challenge holds for me.

I take that back, I’m excited to see what the next YEAR holds for me as I continue to progress and become a healthier, happier Brandon in 2014.

Want to see the same results as me? I can’t guarantee that you will.

However, I can personally promise you that if you approach the challenge with the same dedication and culinary intuition that I did, you WILL reach your personal goals and you’ll become an Advocare believer before the end of the challenge.

If you’re interested in changing your life and learning more about how to lose weight without the “sales pitch,” shoot me an email and I promise to give you real, unbiased feedback from my experience thus far.

If you’re ready to jump on board and experience the weight loss for yourself, feel free to visit my website and order the challenge for yourself.

I promise to post some delicious recipes for the cleanse phase and Max phase soon, as well.

I was a skeptic…but I now cook with “ICBINB” and I’ve dropped 22 pounds in 12 days.

Until next time,

B
