in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia?

Fahmy lives in Kuala Lumpur.

He will show us
the best places to visit in his city.

So, Fahmi, tell us…
what’s the number one attraction
for visitors to Kuala Lumpur?

Okay, why don’t we start with…
an international trademark of Kuala Lumpur?
I’m talking about Petronas Twin Towers, of course.
Did you know that the Towers are located
in the exact middle point of Kuala Lumpur?

Actually, I didn’t know that.

Locals usually call it KLCC.
It stands for Kuala Lumpur City Center.
There is a shopping mall there, called Suria KLCC.
It has a wide range of products.
So, you can shop till you drop.

I see.
Yes, the Twin Towers…
they are pretty famous.
What’s next on your list?

Oh… the next one is… Kuala Lumpur Tower.
It’s really tall…
so it gives you a chance to see the majestic scenery of Kuala Lumpur.
We also have a really unique restaurant,
called the Revolving Restaurant.
The floor of the restaurant revolves 360 degrees.

Yes, I guess this would be an interesting experience.
Next is Aquaria, right?
What is it?

Yes, Aquaria is the largest
marine emporium in Malaysia.
This place has a large collection of marine species
from different parts of the world.
It’s in KLCC.
That’s why it’s one of the most crowded places
in Kuala Lumpur.
You want to know more?
Why don’t we step back
into the land part of Kuala Lumpur…
and witness its greatness by ourselves?

Yes, now we are going
to a Conservation Center, right?
What can we see there?

Ahhhhh…
There is nothing greater than the smell of nature…
especially after long and tiring working hours.

Yep, that’s true.

If you are a nature enthusiast…
and you feel trapped within the rapid development
of a large city…
you can always find your antidote of relaxation here…
in Kuala Lumpur Conservation Center.
It is also called Bukit Nanas Park.
The one and only forest here, in the city center.

Yes, it looks really refreshing.
So, now, what is the last place
on your list, Fahmy?

Well, the last but not least…
The Butterfly park of Kuala Lumpur.
You should not miss it too.
Who doesn’t like butterflies?
You can see all types of tropical butterflies here.
This way you can save a lot of time…
traveling around the Southeast Asia…
searching for butterflies.

Thank you so much, Fahmi,
for your interesting story.

No worries.
Glad to help you.

Now, ask your own questions:

Well, I am curious…
I wanna ask you…
… looks really interesting.
Can you tell me more about it, please?
