How to Buy and Sell Wolk Tokens

Wolk conducted a successful Wolk token sale in October 2017 to support the development of SWARMDB decentralized database services, powered by Ethereum SWARM.

How to Buy WLK Tokens

Send ETH from your Ethereum wallet to wolkinc.eth (suggested gas: 30,000). The exact number of WLK you receive in your wallet will be based on the Bancor formula. Above is the approximate exchange rate between WLK and ETH, e.g. if you send 1 ETH from your Ethereum Wallet, you will receive approximately 999.15 WLK tokens in your Ethereum wallet.

How to Sell WLK Tokens

Call the sellWolk function of wolkinc.eth with the amount of WLK you wish to sell from your Ethereum Wallet (suggested gas: 120,000). The amount of ETH you receive in your wallet will be based on the Bancor formula. Above is the approximate exchange rate between WLK and ETH, e.g. if you call sellWolk(1000) to sell 1000 WLK in your Ethereum wallet, you will receive approximately 1.00085 ETH in your Ethereum wallet.

WLK Token Supply

Token supply increases when ETH is sent to wolkinc.ethContract. Token supply decreases whensellWolkfunction is called. Value of WLK tends to be proportional to the amount of demand for SWARMDB decentralized database services, powered by Ethereum SWARM.
