One reason why so many people never form an exercise habit is muscle soreness. They get all pumped up to go to the gym on the first day only to quit the next day because of body aches.

If you are a fitness newbie or exercising after a long break or detrained because of an injury then you know the pain of muscle soreness. That first workout will make your life hell. And the first leg day will make you wish you haven't been born.
