Welcome to the February 2023 Uldor Monthly Update! We use these posts to summarize our accomplishments from the month and give you a quick look ahead. Many of these updates will have been discussed previously on our Twitter Spaces, Twitch Streams, or other announcements, but these posts serve as a way to catch up in case you missed anything!
What is Uldor?
Uldor is a web3 MMORPG being developed in UE5. The game will be free-to-play and feature a vast open world for players to explore, large-scale PvP battles in faction zones, and structured PvP matches in the Arena. Our genesis sale consists of special hero-class characters with utility in the game. You can find more specifics about Uldor in our whitepaper.
Dread Arena Alpha
We revealed the Dread Arena game mode in a closed alpha in January. The announcement post has had over 52k views so far. The Dread Arena has been played by the top web3 content creators. We have been blown away by the reactions from those who have played it, and we have received extremely valuable feedback.
We are working on an update that fixes issues identified in the alpha as well as adds a number of improvements to the game. We will put out a full changelog detailing the improvements and changes in the update soon.
How to Get Access to the Dread Arena Alpha
The Dread Arena is currently in a closed alpha. We want to keep the player base at a level where we can best take in bug reports and feedback. In the future we will be opening access to everyone. For now, there a few ways to get access to the alpha:
- Content creators — We are prioritizing access for content creators because they are vital to the growth of the web3 gaming ecosystem. If you are a content creator, please reach out to us on Twitter.
- Genesis collection holders — If you hold a Guardian or Furie, jump into Discord and you can claim an access key to start playing now!
- Waitlist — You can get on the waitlist for alpha keys by visiting Uldor.com and entering your email address. We are sending out keys regularly.
How to Give Feedback on the Dread Arena Alpha
We would love to get your feedback! If you run into bugs, have suggestions, or just want to tell us your thoughts on the game, please let us know using this form.

Community Spotlight
This month we once again spotlight UldorQueen! We have asked our community to support web3 content creators — showing up on Twitch, subscribing on YouTube, and following on Twitter. UldorQueen has actively supported creators, and beyond that, even become a creator herself! This past month she created a YouTube channel where she showcases Uldor and other web3 games as well as streaming on Twitch.
A number of other community members have also been showing appreciation to creators and/or streaming Uldor Dread Arena themselves, and we appreciate every one of you!
Uldor has such a great community! We are honored to have the support and dedication of an amazing group of people. While we could never recognize all your efforts and contributions, we do want to shine a spotlight on community members who share something special or help bring awareness to what we are building. Uldor Guardian Mint Reserves
We reserved 200 Guardians for giveaways and promotional purposes. Currently we have 6 Guardians remaining in reserve. We are giving Guardians as rewards for events in Discord and on Twitter with the dual purpose of promoting engagement and encouraging new people to check out what we are building. We did not reserve any Furies, but we may mint or purchase Furies for future giveaways and promotions.
