Interesting article. There are good and bad sides of security token offerings, but no doubt that this model is gaining popularity, especially in USA. Lots of people don’t like it though, because they cant participate in this, and some say that now its back how it was — only people with money (accredited investors) can participate and make more money. Will be interesting to see how it will come together from investment, regulatory and trading perspective. We are also doing security token sale and it raises some challenges for the project
