What if you were asked to live in a dark room without a single shed of light? In this room, all you see is darkness. On top of it, you keep hearing haunting sounds that scare the hell out of you. There are rats and mosquitoes in the room that can attack you anytime so you are always worried.

If I ask you to stay in this room forever, would you survive in this room? Would you like to stay in this room? Would you want to come into this room with your conscious choice?

I am guessing NO!

Your Mental Space:

You have turned your mental space into this deep dark room where you have no hope for your future. You are always scared of your past and future where the self-doubts and insecurities worry you to no end.

According to research, the average person has approximately 60,000 thoughts per day. Hence, it’s safe to say that we spend most of our time inside our minds. Even when you are not consciously thinking, you’re still caged in your mind always wondering ‘What if this happens, what if that goes wrong, If he messages me, If my job was better….’
