What’s the Relationship Between Funds and Foundations
“Official Foundation” is equivalent to the “investment institution” and “association” established by the PRS project team.
“Funds” are equivalent to “independent founding teams with a certain vision” in the PRS ecosystem.
There is only one PRS Official Foundation. There are many funds available.
The PRS Official Foundation is created and operated by the PRS team to represent the interests of the project side. The fund can be created and operated by any PRS ecosystem participant, representing the interests of the founding team/investor/participant.
The PRS official foundation does not accept investment. The fund accepts and needs investment.
If the fund needs to be certified by the PRS project party, it must submit a plan to the foundation and apply for it.
