A good morning routine is essential. It can make your day more productive and successful. Starting your day with the right beverage is also important.

Last month I gave coconut water a try. I started my day with a morning walk after which I bought a fresh coconut daily.

I made it a goal to only drink fresh coconut water, as it's better than any packaging product.

Also, I can buy a coconut for less than a dollar right outside my house. It was my favorite kind of option — cheap and lazy.

Why I did this challenge

Coconut water is delicious which was a reason enough for me. But it can help you fight many health problems.

Coconut water is great for digestion. You can cure your gut easily with this insanely healthy drink.

It can help you beat constipation and acidity. It soothes your stomach and helps you improve digestion. It is a great way to start your mornings.
