In case a job board allows you to register a different email address for each of the job postings to receive responses/applications (like Naukri’s ‘Hot Vacancies’), you can use HYRNG email address to automatically add candidate profiles into your database in HYRNG.
- Go to POSITIONS section.
- Click JOB BOARD icon.
- Under JOB BOARDS tab, find ‘Receive applications via job boards by parsing application emails’, and select a job board from dropdown menu.
- Copy the generated email address.
- Use this email address for receiving applications when posting this position on the selected job board.
By using the HYRNG email address (generated specifically for the selected job board and a specific position), responses will be directly received at HYRNG, and candidates will be automatically created and linked to the specific position in your database. The job board (i.e., the original source of candidates) will be recorded as a source in HYRNG.
Parsing of candidate data from application emails
HYRNG automatically creates candidates by parsing resume attachments. In addition, HYRNG parses email body text of job posting responses from the following job boards:
- Naukri
- TimesJobs
- Iimjobs
- Hirist
Minimum requirements
Candidates will not be created in HYRNG in the following cases:
- There’re no attachments in emails received.
- File format of attachments is other than .pdf, .doc, or .docx.
- Attached file is broken or has some issue.
- Neither of phone number nor email address could be parsed.
