I was listening to the Joe Rogan podcast recently. The guest on the show was Firas Zahabi the MMA and Grappling coach with a black belt in Brazilian jiu-jitsu. Firas trains the great MMA fighter, George St. Pierre. If you listen to this podcast you will realize how knowledgeable he is about fitness and health.

He is a firm believer of no soreness, he rants against muscle soreness through the episode. He firmly believes that one should be able to workout efficiently without ever getting sore. A concept that will puzzle every person who has ever tried to workout in their life.

Most of us judge our workout on the soreness the next morning, the sorer you are the more intense the workout. Firas believes that everybody should be able to workout daily without getting sore. A mind-boggling concept, that I did not think was possible.

He religiously follows these three steps in his training to make sure no human has to ever suffer from soreness ever again.
