A Rational Approach To Take Care Of Your Future

You know, since college doesn’t work anymore

I wonder: what would be the optimal way to take care of one’s future?

You really can’t trust college anymore. I won’t dive in details because I’m sure you’re all sick of reading about it; what interests me most is how we can solve the problem.

If you strive for independence, there’s no way around it: you need some entrepreneurial skills. It’s important to know how to code and do some design, to understand the principles of income generation, startups and alike.

It seems reasonable that a great place to go would be a community full people with similar goals, learning and working together. There, real-world experienced mentors would work hands-on with them, guiding them through the process of generating a profitable business.

The good thing is that place exists. It’s called Exosphere and it’s in Santiago, Chile. Right now, there’s a great bootcamp opened for application and they have a little less than 10 spots available.

There are people coming from all over the world, like Colombia, Brazil, Canada, Hong Kong, Jamaica.

What they (the applicants) like the most is how Exosphere integrates an awesome place for training (and developing essential skills) with a intellectual learning community, where there’ll be group reading, discussions and alike.

It’s the most logical place I’ve seen so far in terms of building a future (I’m a little biased, since I’m an evangelist, but I did extensive research on this). If you want more information, feel free to check their site.

Applications until Aug 23rd.
