【IOEX QA】Why IOEX Official Website Is Running So Slowly In Mainland China?
Recently, many partners from Mainland China have been asked why the IOEX official website is running so slowly. In fact, there is a reason behind it. This article is to discuss the use of the IOEX official website and wallet in China.
IOEX has moved some of our servers from overseas to AWS and Alibaba’s servers in Hong Kong. It was already solved the problem that China supports must go online via VPN and its slow speed. However, since the Hong Kong protests, Hong Kong’s servers have been blocked either.
The IOEX team has repeatedly applied for servers in mainland China but has been rejected. Unless IOEX has a corporate license and an ICP license in mainland China. Yet this sounds impossible. At present, there are many blockchain company websites in mainland China, most of which are not in the standard and have not passed ICP certification. If the site is reported, it will be closed immediately.
A while ago, IOEX asks a friend to help to set up a server in mainland China, but there was a suspected report, so the server was blocked. The friend who tried to help even almost get accused, this incident makes us unable to solve this way.
IOEX team is looking forward to the end of the Hong Kong protests and have our server in Hong Kong back to the normal.
