I will give thanks and praise Your Name,
And Your prestige I will proclaim,
For You are good, though You’re not tame.
Your mercy is forever.

O God of gods, Who made the skies,
Who delved the lows, set up the highs,
My heart’s reflected in Your eyes.
Your mercy is forever.

O Love of loves, You set alight
The moon and stars to rule the night
And, for the day, the sun ignite.
Your mercy is forever.

Whene’er it seems there is no way,
You navigate me through the grey,
And wake me up on each new day.
Your mercy is forever.

In all, You will remember me,
And save me from my enemy
And, come what may, You’ve made me free.
Your mercy is forever.

I will give thanks You’ve made me king;
To sit beside You ‘neath Your wing;
To wear Your crown, Your robe, Your ring.
Your mercy is forever.
