Step 1.
If you are registered on the whitelist and wish to purchase IOEX, go to the ioeX official website (https://www.ioex.co) and click on “Priority Deposit”.
Step 2.
At the login page, enter your e-mail and password used to register on the whitelist; if you’ve forgotten your password, click on “Forgot Password”.
Step 3.
Enter the ratio of ETH, ELA, and BTC required to purchase your desired amount of IOEX (each currency type can purchase a maximum of 1000 IOEX), then enter your wallet address
Step 4.
Copy the official ioeX wallet address into the deposit information page and proceed with your deposit.
Step 5.
Once your deposit has been completed, click on Upload Screenshot.
Step 6.
Click on Upload File to upload a screenshot and confirm that all data is accurate before clicking Confirm Order and continuing to KYC Verification.
Step 7.
After clicking on Confirm Order, the status “Review” will be displayed. Continue by clicking on “KYC Verification”.
Step 8.
In the account page, enter your personal information and ERC20 wallet address; do not enter the wallet address of the exchange. Upload an image of your passport then select “Save Changes” to complete KYC Verification.
Step 9.
▴ Once the sale has been completed and reviewed by ioeX, we will provide notification via e-mail; please wait patiently, as the review process takes approximately 7~14 business days.
▴ ioeX reserves the right for final decision in reviews; ioeX reserves the right to cancel orders that do not pass review. Refunds will be returned to the original address after deducting processing fees.
