My family name should have been chaos. There are new fights breaking out every god damn month. Dragging the same old issues that have been left unsolved since adam.

Conflicts are common, you must have experienced it in your family as well. But what matters is how you solve these problems and move on. If you are moving on with anything but the clarity then the issue is not solved.

Until you resolve the fundamental issue, it will keep popping up in your life and make it a nightmare. There are some behaviors that can make it impossible to solve the problem.

Here is a list of things that you should never do while solving a conflict.

1. Don’t Walk Away

This is a common pattern that I have observed in my family. The culprit of the conflict would rather walk away than listen to his shortcoming and defects.

People will rather live in the unknown than face the truth. Truth is difficult, it shows us our defects and cracks. It makes us humble. It is hard to stand still and listen to the truth.
