Pitch for a Feature Film

Genres: Biopic, Romance, Drama

Who can turn the world on with her smile?

Logline: A small-town, ambitious manic pixie dream girl makes good in Washington D.C., but must contend with the hatred of White Nationalists, and the jealousy of Elite Globalists when the man she intends to marry is revealed as a serial abuser.

Casting Suggestions:

Mary Elizabeth Winstead as Hope

Vince Vaughn as Rob Porter

Chris Hemsworth as Corey Lewandowski

Melissa McCarthy as Sarah Huckabee Sanders

Sarah Jessica Parker as Kellyanne Conway

Harvey Weinstein as the President of the United States

Synopsis:

When 20-something Hope lands a job at the White House, it’s as if her dreams of becoming someone have finally come true. But when her competency and cheery optimism win her the special attention of the Commander-in-Chief, all the knives of the White House staff come out, aimed at her.

She can only let down her guard when alone with Rob, her newfound love. This romance, however, upends her world, when she discovers his dark, not so secret past.

With the help and support of her BFF, Kellyanne, she decides to turn evidence against her former employer, but at what personal and psychic cost?

Reader’s Comment: If it could be done for a price, consider making it a musical, like “Crazy Ex-Girlfriend.”
