In case the way you post a job on job boards is that applicants click ‘Apply’ button on a job board to visit your career website and apply for the job, you can use a job board specific career website URL to track the original source of traffic.
- Go to POSITIONS section.
- Click JOB BOARD icon.
- Under JOB BOARDS tab, find ‘Redirect applicants from job boards to career website’, and select a job board from dropdown menu.
- Use this URL as your career website URL when posting this position on the selected job board. This URL leads to job description of the subject position in your career website like this:
By using the career website URL generated specifically for the selected job board, the job board (i.e., the original source of candidates) will be recorded as a source in HYRNG. This helps you in analyzing the effectiveness of sourcing channels.
