Some people want to build a tech company. Some want to build an e-commerce business. Some want to build a small to midsize business that will generate consistent income. But I want to build a school. A business school. But a very different type of business school.
Maybe calling it a business school lumps it up among the stereotypes today. Maybe the right description should be a money school. An actual school where young people are taught about money. And this is very different from what you think of the school experience.
Let me share the very first class the students would go through.
The First Class of the First Day
The class is not going to be large. Perhaps maybe 20 students. Not sure how I will reduce all applicants to take only a few students. But I have some ideas already.
On a physical interview, I will gather everybody into a large hall. And give them 15 minutes for this exercise; get the names of as many people as you can who are applicants here also. The person who remembers the most names (both first name and last name) and the person whose name is most fondly remembered by most people score the highest marks. This is going to be one of the tests.
