ioeX, Quube, and Elastos Jointly Develop TV with Blockchain Applications (QuuMoney TV) Slated for August Release
Since the conclusion of CES 2019, the largest consumer electronics show in the U.S., ioeX has continued to work closely with JVC partner ThinkSmart in the sub-brand “Quube”.
In March 2019, the partners announced joint development of the world’s first series of TV products (QuuMoney TV) with blockchain integrated decentralized applications. QuuMoney TV will provide many decentralized, point-to-point direct communications through applications.
QuuMoney TV is built upon Android TV platform (Android 9.0) and users will be able to participate in mining and earning rewards by using QuuMoney TV products to watch television. In addition, this will allow users to activate the functions of our ioeX distributed network to contribute and earn IOEX rewards.
ioeX is assisting Quube by developing a series of decentralized applications for QuuMoney TV products, including: QuuShare, an application that lets users use QuuMoney TV as a private cloud for remote access and backup; QuuChat, a decentralized application that lets users chat privately with friends without having to go through an intermediary; QuuMoney TV will create a platform where users can watch and share user generated content (UGC).
ioeX will also be implementing the DID functions of Elastos into the QuuMoney TV series of products so that users can utilize decentralized accounts to better protect their personal privacy.
QuuMoney TV is slated for launch in North American markets during August 2019 in the smart TVs of renowned television manufacturer JVC.
Soon, ioeX will jointly promote QuuMoney TV products through pre-order events and also recruit blockchain node partners. Further details and announcements can be found on the official platform of ioeX.
