That’s right, Juan Francisco Lopez-Sanchez has been convicted of — deep breath — pot possession, huffing toxic vapors, manufacturing narcotics, and heroin possession. He’s been thrown in prison three times for re-entering the United States. He was arrested for an alleged assault in Arizona back in 1997, but never convicted.
