I envy poeple who wake up with a smiley face and high energy levels. I both hate and admire their routine.

As a night owl, I can’t sleep before 1 am no matter how hard I try. For some reason, I get the best ideas in the middle of the night, so I end up working late at night on most days.

This dangerous habit can wreck your sleep cycle as it induces insomnia and lowers sleep quality. It will make you wake up in a horrendous mood from which you’ll need at least an hour to recover.

Fog will settle on your brain and you won’t be able to function in the morning. I suffered from brain fog for months and I can assure it absolutely destroyed my mornings.
