And boy, had I underestimated their power. Working out at home, I didn’t just maintain my gains, I also shed fat and gained muscle.

Pushups and pullups form just the tip of the iceberg. There are thousands of other exercises — and some even beat gym workouts by miles.

Superman Plank

Performing a plank is like hopping onto a time machine — a minute feels like an hour.

Now, the superman plank, as the name suggests, is the plank on steroids — a minute is now 2 hours. And just like the plank, this core-crushing exercise looks deceptively easy.

Despite being only slightly harder than the regular plank, it’s a much more effective core exercise — it forces your stabilizers to maintain balance, and the single side limb-raising action taxes your obliques.
