A morning routine is the most hyped-up productivity tool. I have been trying and failing to form the perfect morning routine for more than three years now.

It was the first self-improvement project I took on because the internet was raving about it daily. It was the best process for biohacking.

So, millions of people dedicated their mornings to hacking their biology to perform at the utmost productivity.

The Compulsion to Bio-Hack Your Brain Every Day

A morning routine entails that you wake up early to follow a process daily for utmost focus and productivity as consistency matters the most.

You pick two to three habits and do them in the same sequence every day, till you automate them. That’s how most morning routines are in a gist.

But the severity of every morning routine is different. I have tried them all from waking up at five am to training myself to wake up without an alarm clock. They both suck.

Cold showers and ice baths never get better with time and nothing beats a relaxing hot shower after a workout.
