5 Lazy Morning Habits That Lead to Peak Productivity Every Day
Stop punishing yourself and follow a lazy morning routine for better productivity.
The conventional morning routine is fast, productive, and effective. But it’s not for everyone.
Not every person aims to get out of bed before sunrise. Most of us lowly mortals sleep in for a couple of hours as the early bird hunts for the worm.
A reasonable human wakes up groggy and lazy. We can’t get out of bed like a ray of sunshine and a pumped-up hippy.
We hate mornings, and no amount of sleep is ever enough. So, accept your laziness and use it to have an uber-productive day.
Here are the five things that I do daily for productive yet lazy mornings.
1. Stay in bed for just one more minute.
Yes, it's better to get out of bed as soon as you wake up. But like most ideal solutions it's too hard.
Our beds are a warm and happy place that gives us peace. So, it's not easy to denounce your comforter the second you wake up.
Instead, I give myself five minute buffer period in which I say a little prayer every morning before starting the grind.
